You’ll be given specific aftercare guidance to follow when you’ve had your treatment, but for the first 12 hours after your Morpheus8 procedure, you shouldn’t touch the area that’s been treated or apply anything to the skin – this will help to prevent infection.
Following your treatment, you may find that you have some slight swelling, bruising, tightness or redness in the area that’s been treated. These should disappear within a few days.
This procedure has minimum downtime, and so you should be able to return to your normal daily activities within the first 48 hours. However, you should take care to protect your skin from the sun while it’s healing.
Most patients notice that their results start to become visible within a week of their procedure, and usually the most noticeable results appear at around 3 weeks due to increased collagen and elastin production. Improvements will continue up until about 3 months after the Morpheus8 procedure.
